QuickNotepad
To bring up the QuickNotepad to take notes without interrupting your work, press F10 on your keyboard. Take notes, then click Exit or press ESC on your keyboard to get back to your work uninterruptedly.
The QuickNotepad saves and loads notes automatically. There is no need to open files and save files.
You can store any number of notes, under any number of categories. You can search them. Notes can be plain text, or rich text, which means they can includes text, fonts, colors, and graphics.
You can define a note for SpeedTyping. Simply enter a keyword at the bottom toolbar "SpeedTyping Keyboard," and enable the SpeedTyping Keyword. Then whenever you type this SpeedTyping keyword, in any application, the text, and graphics, of the note gets inserted into your document. So, you can save lots of time retyping, copy and pasting, often repeated text.
You can do spelling check, grammar check, and thesaurus lookup on the note.
To do spelling and grammar check in any application, just press the F11 key on your keyboard, when the document you want to spell check and grammar check is in focus, in any application.
If you want to change the hotkeys F11 and F10 to other keys, click on the Settings... under "Help & Settings".
